Sanjay Shar rents out a number of parking spaces.
"We've been renting for a number of years.
The rent we get depends on the time of the year and supply and demand, at the moment, we get £150 a month. We've got space available, it helps someone out whose looking for a space in town. It's very secure it's got CCTV.
We set up contracts ideally 6 monthly and we set up a facility so they have a key fob and can go in and out of the space themselves."
